About the Aspen Neighborhood
Aspen is a sought after subdivision in North Marysville, WA 98271. There are community parks and trails for the residents to enjoy. Many homes have gorgeous views of the mountains. All of the houses are situated on an acre lot so you have lots of privacy in between houses. There are 4 different phases in this neighborhood. Commuting is easy with the freeway being minutes away from the neighborhood.
You can expect to see homes with an average of 3,946 square feet, up to 5 bedrooms, and up to 3.5 bathrooms. The Aspen neighborhood was first built in 2003 and continued to build out 4 phases. There are about 180 homes in this development. All of the homeowners in the community take pride in their homes and keep them looking their best. There is a Homeowners Association with CC&R’s to help keep everything in order.
The Marysville School District serves the Aspen neighborhood. Students attend Marshall Elementary, Marysville Middle School, and they have a choice of going to Pilchuck or Getchell High School. You could also choose to go to the Lakewood School District which is also close to the community. There just isn’t a bus provided for Lakewood schools.

Where is Aspen located?
The Aspen community is located right off of Firetrail road in North Marysville, WA. It is just west of I-5.
Directions: From I-5 use 116th St NE Exit. Go West off the exit, Left on Smokey Point Blvd, Left on 136th St NE, Right on Fire Trail Rd, Left on 140th St NE, Left on 3rd Ave NE. You will see the Aspen sign.
